Dear Cross Creek,

We are excited to announce a couple of new changes with staff roles at Cross Creek!

Craig Williford is now Director of Music and Youth. He will work part-time (30 hours), dividing his time between Music ministry and Youth ministry. Craig is a student at Reformed Theological Seminary, and his long-term goal has been and continues to be ministering to youth in the church. He was greatly impacted by his own youth ministry experience as a teenager at University Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Orlando, FL, and was also heavily involved at Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) here in Jacksonville. Craig has a real love of the gospel and a passion for seeing Jesus change the lives of young people. I'm eager to see how the Lord uses Craig in these crucial ministries here at Cross Creek!

Shane Fowler is now Director of Ministry Operations. Shane will continue to work full-time, coming alongside me to help provide leadership to the operational life of the church (e.g., volunteer teams, communications, guest followup, facilities, and other ministry support). He will be a valuable asset as we work to nurture the ministries of Cross Creek toward faithfulness and fruitfulness. Shane is also a student at Reformed Theological Seminary, and has been our youth director for the past 10 years. I'm so thankful for the way that the Lord has used Shane in the lives of so many in our church and community, and I'm excited to see him continue to grow in service of Christ and his church in his new role.

Please pray for these men and their families, and for Cross Creek as a whole, as we seek to move forward faithfully for the sake of God's glory in our community.

Grace and peace,

To this end we always pray for you, that our God may make you worthy of his calling and may fulfill every resolve for good and every work of faith by his power, so that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
