Director of Ministry Operations

The Director of Ministry Operations supports the ministry of Cross Creek Presbyterian Church (PCA) by working with the pastor, staff, and ministry teams to coordinate ministries across the congregation and to facilitate the execution of session-determined goals. The Director helps bring out the best in Cross Creek and contributes to a well-ordered and joyful church that thrives in its purpose and mission.

  •  Report to the Lead Pastor

  •  Work with staff, ministry team leaders, and elders 

  • Weekly Commitment: Part or Full-Time

  • Oversees staff development and care

  • Oversees the coordination of ministry teams

  • Implements the strageic direction of the church via the Strategic Planning Team

Youth Director

The Youth Director of Cross Creek (PCA) provides oversight and leadership to ensure the ongoing effectiveness, warmth, and community of middle and high school programs.

  •  Report to the Lead Pastor

  •  Work with staff and small group leaders

  •  Weekly Commitment: Part Time, 10-20 hours per week

  •  Facilitates and administers lessons

  •  Coordinates Small Group Leaders

  •  Personally invests in the wellbeing of students
