Youth Director

The Youth Director of Cross Creek (PCA) provides oversight and leadership to ensure the ongoing effectiveness, warmth, and community of middle and high school programs.

  •  Report to the Lead Pastor

  •  Work with staff and small group leaders

  •  Weekly Commitment: Part Time, 10-20 hours per week

  •  Facilitates and administers lessons

  •  Coordinates Small Group Leaders

  •  Personally invests in the wellbeing of students
